Our Pricing Model
We charge $12 per hour for our remote scribe services. All in. That’s it.
We require a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, but there is no long-term contract. You can cancel our services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Additionally, we provide all necessary documentation and logs so that you can easily track your expenses. Finally, we can provide a phone line for outgoing and incoming calls so that our scribes can handle patient-related matters as directed by the doctor.

Do you provide the software needed?

How will I be charged? Will I need to pay invoices?
At Tacit Scribes, we want to make it easy for you to use our services without worrying about administrative tasks. We simplify the process by keeping a card on file and charging you regularly. You will receive regular invoices and logs of hours for full transparency. This means you will not have to pay invoices or worry about keeping track of payment deadlines. We want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
How will I communicate with my scribe(s)?
We offer multiple communication options to best fit your needs. You can communicate with your scribe through a VOIP app or a telephone line that we provide. We are also in talks to develop a proprietary app that will provide another way for you to communicate with your scribe. Whatever option you choose, we ensure that communication will be seamless and convenient for you.
How does your trial work?
We believe that the best way for you to experience the benefits of having a scribe is to see it for yourself in action. That’s why we offer a trial period where we will set you up with one of our scribes in your clinic for a day or more at your convenience. This way, you can witness firsthand the power and convenience of having a scribe. To schedule your trial, simply contact us today and we will take care of the rest.
What happens when I go on vacation or take days off?
When you take days off or go on vacation, your scribe will take time off with you, and you won’t be charged during that time. However, if you have any tasks that you would like your scribe to help you with, such as insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, chart prepping, or research reviews, they are happy to assist you during that time.
