Tacit Scribes was founded by a practicing ophthalmologist in Northern Virginia who spent years completing charts after clinic — missing dinners, sacrificing weekends, and feeling the creeping burnout that affects so many physicians today.
After trying generic scribing services and finding them unprepared for the nuances of ophthalmic documentation, the decision was made to build something better: a scribe service designed from the ground up for ophthalmology, by someone who understood exactly what was needed.
