End-User License Agreement

The Application is an internal business integration used by Tacit Scribes to automate certain accounting, invoicing, and administrative workflows.

The Application may connect authorized internal systems and automation platforms with QuickBooks Online to perform approved accounting operations, including creating and managing invoice-related information.

The Application is intended solely for internal business use by Tacit Scribes and authorized personnel. It is not offered as a public application or service.

Use of the Application is limited to Tacit Scribes and individuals authorized by Tacit Scribes.

Users may only use the Application for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and applicable third-party service agreements.

Unauthorized access, use, modification, distribution, or interference with the Application is prohibited.

The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online using APIs provided by Intuit.

The Application may access, create, retrieve, or update accounting information as necessary to perform authorized business workflows.

Use of QuickBooks Online and Intuit services remains subject to the applicable terms and policies established by Intuit.

Information accessed through the Application is used only as reasonably necessary to operate authorized business, accounting, invoicing, and administrative workflows.

Handling of personal information is also governed by the Tacit Scribes Privacy Policy, available at https://tacitscribes.com/privacy.

Tacit Scribes takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Application.

Access to the Application and connected systems is limited to authorized users and services.

Credentials, authentication tokens, and other sensitive access information should be maintained securely and must not be intentionally disclosed to unauthorized parties.

The Application relies on third-party platforms and services, which may include QuickBooks Online, Intuit APIs, n8n, and other authorized business systems.

Tacit Scribes does not control the availability or operation of third-party services and is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by those providers.

Use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and agreements.

The Application, including its internal workflows, configurations, and related materials created by or for Tacit Scribes, is owned by or licensed to Tacit Scribes, except for third-party technologies and services owned by their respective providers.

No rights are granted except those necessary for authorized internal use.

Users may not:

• Access the Application without authorization;
• Use the Application for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls;
• Disclose credentials or authentication information to unauthorized parties;
• Use information obtained through the Application for unauthorized purposes; or
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Application or connected services.

Tacit Scribes may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Application or any portion of its functionality at any time.

Because the Application relies on third-party services, certain functionality may also change or become unavailable as those services change.

The Application is provided for internal business purposes on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tacit Scribes makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Application.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tacit Scribes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from unauthorized use of the Application or interruptions or failures of third-party services.

Tacit Scribes may revoke or terminate access to the Application at any time, including when an individual is no longer authorized to access company systems.

Upon termination of authorization, the individual must cease using or accessing the Application.

Tacit Scribes may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, business practices, legal requirements, or third-party integrations.

The current version will be published on this page with its applicable effective date.
